The most vital step of any concrete resurface installation is proper surface preparation. ST Surface Prep and Waterproofing material was developed to use instead of grinding, scraping and shot blasting. This reduces the amount of physical labor and dust usually associated with the first step of the resurface process. ST Prep and Waterproofing is a ready-to-use, single component elastomeric coating. Use on all interior and exterior, commercial and residential, previously painted surfaces and/or other surfaces to water proof the subgrade of; tile, stone, and polymer modified cementations materials and coatings. Easily applied with a roller, brush, or sprayer producing a continuous moisture barrier with outstanding adhesion to acceptable substrates. ST Prep and Waterproofing excellent adhesion properties can be applied to most substrates without a primer. ST Prep and Waterproofing is a monolithic coating, providing seamless protection installed with weave-seal fabric.  Due to ST Prep and Waterproofing thermodynamic properties, the material remains elastomeric throughout it’s life span and is able to withstand drastic freeze that changes resulting in all season protection.

An anti-fracture fabric (Weave-seal) is used to bridge hairline cracks and abutted wood surfaces. ST Prep and Waterproofing is a one part, white in color, material.  ST Prep and Waterproofing can also be used Interior, as a prep coat for ST Scratch Coat, for resurfacing stable surfaces.  Exterior usage of ST Prep and Waterproofing is utilized over wood frame and after the ST Self Leveling material has been applied.
