ST Dry Accelerant is a white powder set
accelerator admixture for specific ST dry material
products. Specifically, ST Scratch, ST Texture, and
ST Broom. Not recommended for use with ST High
Build. ST Dry Accelerant does not contribute to
efflorescence or change the color of integrally
colored ST surfaces.
ST Dry Accelerant will greatly shorten the set time
of properly blended ST material.
ST Dry Accelerant in not an “antifreeze”, and
therefore will not appreciably lower the freezing
point of the ST material. It will, however, raise the
temperature of the ST Liquid Stone and water
mixture. Which will provide the specified acceleration.
Use no other admixtures with this product.
