other ingredients. Scratch Coat is specifically
designed to provide a textured look and feel when
properly mixed and installed. This polymer matrix
system and the advanced sealer make the entire
Surfacing Technology resurface system resistant to
water intrusion, (which minimizes spalling) and
cracking/surface degradation due to freeze thaw
cycling.
Scratch Coat grout is the initial bond coat material
used to repair concrete surface imperfections and
provide a base for the decorative application
system. Scratch Coat can be colored using
Surfacing Technology Integral colors. This
resurface system can be applied using
various finishing techniques, such as trowel and/or
texture spray.
